Fees apply across all instruments and are charged per lesson.
Home tuition is available throughout Qatar. Online lessons are available throughout the GCC.

Family Rate: Available where two or more siblings are enrolled and their lessons are scheduled consecutively. Separate scheduling is charged at the standard rate.

Payment & Policies

Tuition is billed monthly in advance. Students who begin part-way through a month are charged only for the remaining scheduled lessons, with regular monthly billing beginning the following month.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?

You will receive an invoice with clear payment instructions. We currently accept Fawran Instant Payment and bank transfer. Card payments will be available soon.

Can I start at any time?

Yes. You may begin at any point in the month and will only be charged for the remaining scheduled lessons.

What happens if I join mid-month?

You pay only for lessons remaining in the current month. Regular monthly billing begins from the first of the following month.

Can I change lesson duration?

Yes. Lesson duration may be adjusted subject to teacher availability and reasonable notice, with any price change reflected in the appropriate billing period.

Do I need my own instrument?

For most instruments we recommend having appropriate access to an instrument for regular practice. Your IPA specialist can advise on suitable options.

Are examination fees included?

No. Examination entry fees are charged separately by the relevant external awarding organisation and are not included in IPA tuition.

Can lessons be rescheduled?

Yes. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated wherever reasonably possible, subject to teacher availability. Lessons cancelled with less notice are ordinarily charged as taken.

Do you teach adults?

Yes. IPA welcomes children, teenagers and adults from complete beginners through to advanced musicians.
